UPDATE 1-Twitter blocks neo-Nazi group's messages in Germany

FRANKFURT/SAN FRANCISCO, Oct 18 (Reuters) - In response to a
request by German authorities, Twitter on Thursday blocked
messages in Germany posted by a right-wing group banned by local
police.
