Activity and Results

Many companies expect customers to pay for activities instead of results. Many employees expect to be paid for activities instead of results. Many companies never communicate expected results to employees and indeed pay for activities. All of these practices will lead away from success. Customers are happy to pay for good results, but not for activities. Employees' employment and pay should be based on results and not on activities.
